The shaft, on which you mount the crank handle, can be set in two positions. So you can choose one of two transmission ratios. For a fast unscrewing of the wheel nut you choose 1:3 and for loosening the wheel nut you choose 1:58.

The arm, which is used as abutment, can be moved along the shaft. He is secured by a wing nut.
