This automatic and powerful tire fitting machine is designed for continous work

It is ergonomical and has been built with reinforced frame. 

Easy tyre changing due to pneumatic swingable column

Changing is supported by ergonomical arrangement of pedals

- The column goes forwards and backwards by pressing the respective pedal. It is fixed pneumatically

- The big,multiple beared bead breaker is driven by a double-acting cylinder.

- Clockwise and anty-clockwise rotation of assembly table by pedal

- The self-centering clamping chuck is driven by 2 pneumatic cylinders. The wheel rim is clamped correct automatically

- 4 protective plastic caps for the chucking devices are in the scope of delivery

- Mounting head has a protective platic cap for preserving work with aluminium rims

- Mounting is infinitely variable, lateral and in height. The mounting head is fixed automatically in the desired height or lateral position by pressing the yellow knob. Also by pressing this knob, you can release the mounting head and he goes back into starting position
