The device can be used for precise positioning and easy moving of heavy loads by hand or an electric hoist. One side of the trolley is operated by a hand chain. So the trolley can easily be moved on a beam.
Adjustable for a beam range width from 76 mm up to 175 mm and various profiles.
The trolleys are designed for a maximum beam flange slope of 14%.
The pre-and fine tuning is done by by spacers/washers and locknuts on the threaded rod which prevent lateral moving through centring.

Application field:

As anchor point for a chain hoist or other hoists.
For mounting on a beam. (Please check carrying capacity/static load!)
Area of application: workshop, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, etc.

Easy beam width adjustment by spacers/washers.
In this fixing design the two halves of the trolley are perfectly assembled together and braced by locknuts.
Therefore a torsion of the halves is not possible. There are simpler versions of trolleys where the halves are only connected by simple threaded rods without spacers/washers and are also not secured by locknuts. 
These versions are much less torsion-resistant.
