This compressed air motor is suitable as spare part for hydraulic pumps with added compressed air motor.

The compressed air motor has an internal piston which is powered by compressed air. This piston moves up and down with a small piston rod and so it delivers an appropiate amout of oil to an appropriate cylinder with every stroke.

These kind of hydraulic pumps can often be found at shop presses and motorcycle lifts with pneumatic drive.

Our shop presses with pneumatic drive have such a motor, too, like various hydraulic pumps in our online shop.

The max. operating pressure is 10 bar. The connection thread of all compressed air motors known to us is the same, no matter if they are red or silver, rectangular or round. 

The exact notation of the external thread is not known to us but it has an outer diameter of 19.8 mm. The internal thread for the connection of the compressed air hose is 1/4".

The total length of the motor is 165 mm.

This hydraulic pump is equipped with a pneumatic drive which does the whole pumping work. A compressor can be connected to the air hose at the intended connection at the end of the hose.
Only the switch at the end of the hose must be pressed and the pneumatic drive pumps the oil to a connected hydraulic device (such as hydraulic cylinders) with up to 550 bar.

You can pump the hydraulic system by hand, too. The corresponding device is attached to the pump.
This pump is a new replacement part for large hydraulic presses, so a hand pump lever is not included. A rod with a diameter of 23 mm can be used for this purpose.
For lowering you only have to open one valve and the oil flows back into the hydraulic pump.
This hydraulic pump is suitable for single-acting hydraulic cylinder, etc.
The device has four threaded holes by which the whole unit can be fixed to e.g. a hydraulic press.

This hydraulic pump is suitable e.g. for single-acting hydraulic cylinders etc.
This pump is a new replacement part for large hydraulic presses thus a pump rod is unfortunately not included. 
But you can operate the hydraulic system by hand, the according pumping devices are attached to the pump.
For this purpose a rod with 22 mm diameter is suitable.
For lowering simply open the valve and the oil flows back into the hydraulic pump.
The pump housing has four threaded boreholes on the rear side in order to bolt the unit e.g. to hydraulic presses etc.
A connection for a hydraulic hose is located on the back of the housing.
The pump is operated in a standing position where the reservoir is located on top side and the pump section is on the bottom side.
