This hydraulic pump is equipped with a pneumatic drive which does the whole pumping work. A compressor can be connected to the air hose at the intended connection at the end of the hose.
Only the switch at the end of the hose must be pressed and the pneumatic drive pumps the oil to a connected hydraulic device (such as hydraulic cylinders) with up to 500 bar.
You can pump the hydraulic system by hand, too. The corresponding device is attached to the pump.
This pump is a new replacement part for large hydraulic presses, so a hand pump lever is not included. A rod with a diameter of 22 mm can be used for this purpose.
For lowering you only have to open one valve and the oil flows back into the hydraulic pump.
This hydraulic pump is suitable for single-acting hydraulic cylinder, etc.
The device has four threaded holes by which the whole unit can be fixed to e.g. a hydraulic press.
A connection for a hydraulic hose is located at the back of the housing
